JIM SWANSON – MANAGING PARTNER
Jim Swanson took over as Managing Partner of the Victoria HarbourCats in fall of 2013 and has guided the organization since that time. Former journalist and broadcaster known of his involvement with baseball at all levels from youth to international and pro, former associate scout Detroit Tigers, chair of World Baseball Challenge (2009/2011/2013) and Baseball Canada Senior Championship (2002 and 2012) in Prince George. Five national medals (two gold, one silver, two bronze) at Baseball Canada events. Coached at international level. Finalist, Business Person of the year with Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce (2018), winner of Nanaimo Sports Award for top executive (2022). WCL Executive of the Year in 2016 after HarbourCats won a then-league-record 40 games including a standing record of 19 in a row. HarbourCats teams have made the playoffs four times (2016, 2017, 2019 and 2022) and lost in final game of championship series twice (2017, 2019).  Contact Jim at: jim@harbourcats.com

CHRISTIAN J. STEWART – GENERAL MANAGER
Christian has been with the HarbourCats since their inception in 2013 and is known by many for his great work with our ticketing process and group sales, as well as team photography, but thanks to a past near 25-year career in government, environmental work, communications and consulting, has a keen business mind and has helped keep the ship going in the right direction through some difficult periods with recent global events.  He played baseball up to the college level and is well known in Victoria baseball and local sports circles through his past work as a coach and executive for the Gordon Head – Lambrick Baseball Association and the Greater Victoria Baseball Association and of course through his photography for those organizations,  the Victoria Eagles and the BC Premier Baseball League. Christian will oversee all aspects of team operation and is the person to see for tickets or to book a group outing on our party deck, double decker bus or in any of our regular seating areas.  Christian will continue to focus on various community partnerships, event planning, gameday operations, ticketing strategies, and merchandising programs, along with his top-notch photography and media relations acumen.  Contact Christian at: chris@harbourcats.com

DAVE GARTON – ASSISTANT GM, GAMEDAY OPERATIONS
Dave will provide key assistance to the GM in all aspects of gameday logistics and operations, including assistance with game day staff and volunteers, liaison with City staff and food vendors, customer assistance and service, box office operations and security.  Dave is well known in the Victoria baseball community for his work with Gordon Head – Lambrick Baseball Association and the Greater Victoria Baseball Association. JOHN POLLARD – MARKETING DIRECTOR
A well known local media professional, John joined the HarbourCats in 2016 to spearhead marketing efforts and partnerships and overseeing the sales and marketing staff. Pollard works closely with Richard Michaels, Christian J. Stewart and Jim Swanson in these areas. John is the former president of CHEK TV and worked in marketing for Ocean FM and Kiss-FM. CHRIS BEVERIDGE – CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Since coming on board in 2019, Chris has taken over the management of all our social media platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram – developing new and exciting content. Chris developed our new HCATS.TV, which will serve as our main live game streaming platform in the future, and adds an innovative voice to many of our events and campaigns. RICHARD MICHAELS – DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY RELATIONS, CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP
Richard has established experience in sales and marketing and works at implementing various partnership initiatives with his focus
on the continued development of community and corporate relationships that allow Victoria area people to use HarbourCats games as a way to connect.  Richard began with the HarbourCats in 2015 and has been instrumental in reaching out to the seniors community, including various groups such as Rotary. CINDY KENT – HOST FAMILY COORDINATOR
Cindy will work side-by-side with Christian Stewart, Tyler Green and the coaching staff to ensure our players are well-cared for while here in Victoria. TYLER GREEN – DIRECTOR OF PLAYER PERSONNEL
Assisting both Host Family Coordinator Cindy Kent and the coaching staff, Tyler will assist in all aspects of player personnel and roster development and compiling detailed information on our players that will be useful for media and other purposes.  He will assist in the recruiting process and in all athlete experience aspects of the HarbourCats. DANIELA LUCCHITTI – BOX OFFICE MANAGER
Joining our team for 2023, Daniela will assist with and coordinate all game-day and in-season ticket sales, including box office prep, end of game cash and sales reporting, hire, schedule, train and manage all box office, ticket scanning and other game day staff, and generally be responsible for all aspects of ticket sales and exchanges throughout the entire season. MICAH COLLINS  – MEDIA ASSISTANT
Joining the team for 2023, Micah will assist in all aspects of game-day media and game presentation, including script preparation and execution, game day rosters, game day notes, post-game media summaries, and other game-day media and promotional activities.  A Victoria native and a graduate of the Camosun Sport Management Program, Micah has most recently worked in similar roles with the Victoria Royals Hockey Club and Pacific FC Soccer Club.  Contact Micah at: micah@harbourcats.com.

LORI SWANSON, GAME DAY EXPERIENCE MANAGER
You name it and Lori can be seen doing it at the park, from writing out starting line-ups on the white board to overseeing and coordinating our party deck and Diamond Club wait staff, to being the on-field emcee, singing the national anthems and assisting with all aspects of game day preparation, presentation and promotions.

DAN SALMON, PA ANNOUNCER
Dan is an unforgettable part of the HarbourCats experience as the voice you hear when you enter the ballpark and throughout the game. Dan enjoys adding character and a ‘signature’ to a night with the HarbourCats.

JASON KING, VIDEO PRODUCER
Jason is instrumental in everything you see on the beautiful RAP video scoreboard, whether he produced it, pushed the buttons, or both.

DAVID MARSHALL, MUSIC AND SOUND
David always knows just what tune to play to keep your toes tapping and enhance the ballpark atmosphere through music and also works closely with the video crew.

GRAHAM MORRISON – PLAY BY PLAY ANNOUNCER
A Victoria-born broadcaster, Graham boasts nearly a decade of play-by play experience, primarily in e-sports. Graham began his career covering Team Fortress 2 before transitioning into larger e-sports like Counter-Strike and Overwatch. He has been fortunate to have worked events in countries such as Denmark, England and Australia. Currently, Graham is a 3rd year Sport Management student at Camosun College, and is excited to transition from e-sports to the diamond as the play-by-play voice for the Victoria HarbourCats.

LINDA SAM – HEAD SCOREKEEPER
Linda is our scorekeeping guru and manages the Pointstreak scoring system each game, carefully noting all the runs, hits, errors, outs and many other aspects of the game.
