Golden Tide Forming Booster Club for 2021-2022 Season

Roll Tide! New CCBC team looking for their ultimate supporters!

Victoria, BC – The Victoria Golden Tide of the Canadian Collegiate Baseball Conference (CCBC) are getting ready to play their first games at Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park in September and they are looking for fans to come out and support the team.

In particular, the club is now seeking their ultimate fan base and is forming the Golden Tide Booster Club, a fan booster club who can set the mood for the team and cheer the players on in their first year in the CCBC.

Booster Club membership is available for $200.00 per seat and benefits include:

  • FREE admission to all Golden Tide Games at Wilson’s Group Stadium in the Fall of 2021 and Spring of 2022 (approximately 30 games including all fall inter-squad games)(Regular admission anticipated to be on the order of $5-10).
  • Priority seating in our Diamond Club (field level) or Campbell Club seating areas (Note: HarbourCats season ticket holders who become Golden Tide Boosters will have priority for their own seats)
  • A free Golden Tide T-Shirt
  • A free Golden Tide baseball cap
  • Booster Club Member special events other offers

About the Golden Tide

The Victoria Golden Tide are the most recent entry in the Canadian Collegiate Baseball Conference (CCBC),which is an eight-team domestic league for university students that in addition to Victoria, has teams in Nanaimo (Vancouver Island University), Kelowna (Okanagan College), Kamloops (Thompson Rivers University), Chilliwack/Abbotsford (University of the Fraser Valley), Calgary (University of Calgary), Lethbridge (Prairie Baseball Academy) and Edmonton (Edmonton Collegiate Baseball Club).

The team is scheduled to begin their fall exhibition season on September 11, with 11 home games, plus inter-squad games at Wilson’s Group Stadium at Royal Athletic Park in Victoria.  The CCBC regular season will happen in April of 2022, with approximately 18 home games to be scheduled.
