Todd Haney resumes his Managerial role in 2023 after stepping into the position in 2019 and leading the HarbourCats to the West Coast League Championship series.  He joined the HarbourCats in 2018 as an Assistant Coach. A draft choice of the Seattle Mariners in 1987, Haney played parts of five seasons with the Expos, Cubs and Mets. The 53-year-old from Galveston, Texas, hit .244 with three home runs in 101 games played, mostly as a second baseman. Haney played one season for the single-A Bellingham Mariners, and his minor pro experience included stops in Calgary, Ottawa and Tacoma.  Haney has extensive coaching experience leading the Waco Storm program, an elite travel offering in Texas. He is currently Director of Player Development at Texas State.
