Victoria, BC – If you can’t get to a game live, it’s a great alternative.
The Victoria HarbourCats and brand new Nanaimo NightOwls of the West Coast League are pleased to announce a partnership with the Island’s SHAW Community Channel that will see 16 home games for each team shown live, produced by Chris Jaycox Productions. Every NightOwls and HarbourCats home game is streamed live through team media sites — hcats.tv, and nightowls.tv.
“This is an exciting partnership for all of us, and especially Island viewers,” said Chris Beveridge, director of online and media services for the company that owns the NightOwls and HarbourCats.
“Chris Jaycox does such a great job, his crews have been producing the best summer baseball broadcasts since 2015. That will continue to get better, with wider distribution and more value for our corporate partners, while making sure that no matter where you live on the island, you can enjoy HarbourCats and NightOwls baseball.”
This season will bring a new level of integration between the teams’ media platforms and the game broadcasts, with exciting new in-game technology additions.
