Nick Pivetta was the first HarbourCats alum to reach the major leagues, joining the Philadelphia Phillies in 2017 and now pitching for the Boston Red Sox (2021). He was joined by 2017 HarbourCat Andrew Vaughn who made the Chicago White Sox in 2021 and 2013-2015 HarbourCat Alex DeGoti, who had a brief call up with the Houston Astros in 2021.
