In the ninth episode of the ‘CatCast, Mike Edwards and Josh Kozelj welcome the HarbourCats primary leadoff man Parker Bramlett to the show. The Angelo State product talks about starting in the 2019 All-Star game, going four for six in that contest with over 30 MLB scouts in attendance, and pursuit of the HarbourCats single season stolen base record.
We also dive into what inspired Bramlett to pick up the sport as a youngster in Texas, playing multiple sports including football (he was both a safety and running back), and some of his favourite Major League idols growing up.
The ‘CatCast will be back every week this season featuring in-depth interviews with players and coaches to bring you closer to the 2019 HarbourCats and offer an inside look at what goes on around the team beyond the nine innings.
