At Lassen College:
Joins the Buffs from Lassen Community College (California) where he caught for the Cougars under head coach Frank Avilla. Second Team All-State and First Team All-Conference selection during the 2023 campaign. Saw time in 84 games over the last three seasons for the Cougars, hitting .353 with 17 doubles to drive in 46 RBI for a slugging percentage of .431. Defensively, he tallied 467 putouts with 57 assists and a fielding percentage of .987 while throwing out 28 runners attempting to steal.

Graduated from Waller High School (Texas) in 2020.
