2018: Before the season, was named as the No. 108 player on Perfect Game’s Top College Freshmen list for the 2018 season, one of four Gauchos to make the cut.

Canadian U-18 National Team (2017): Earned a call up the Canadian U-18 National Team for the 2017 U-18 World Cup … Was the team’s starter and normal six-hole hitter … Was arguably Canada’s best player in the tournament, hitting safely in all nine of the team’s games … Canada reached the third-place game, falling 8-1 to Japan to place fourth in the tournament … Standout performances include: 2-6, double, triple, three RBIs vs. Italy; 3-4, home run, two RBIs, vs. Nicaragua … Past participants in the U-18 World Cup include Larry Walker, Russell Martin, Andrew McCutcheon, Buster Posey, Yu Darvish, and Francisco Lindor.

Lambrick Park Secondary School / British Columbia Premier Baseball League (2014-17): Was a star player with the Victoria Mariners of the BC Premier Baseball League … Was selected in the 24th round of the 2017 MLB First-Year Player Draft by the Baltimore Orioles, the highest-drafted member of UCSB’s 2018 recruit class … Had a breakout season as a senior, batting .394 – the second-highest average in the entire league – with a .492 on-base percentage and .644 slugging percentage … Hit .375 in three postseason games … Named League MVP and All-BCPBL First Team … Made the postseason twice with Victoria … Batted .356 for Victoria over 25 games as a junior in 2016 … Put together a .308 average over 43 games as a sophomore in 2015 … Also competed in track and field … Was an honor roll recipient and valedictorian at Lambrick Park Secondary School in Victoria, B.C.
