IF TANNER HANEY, University of Texas – Sophomore, 5-10/160, product of Waco Storm baseball program.  As a senior, named a Rawlings/Perfect Game Preseason All-American. Rated as 14th best SS in Texas by Perfect Game. Hit .361 to earn 1st team All-District and Academic All-State honors. Named 1st team All-District as a junior at Waco High School after hitting .373. Tanner also received Honorable Mention All-District honors in basketball. Earned 1st team All-District honors and Honorable Mention All-State as a sophomore at Reicher after hitting .412. Named 2nd Team All-District as Freshman hitting .370 at Reicher High School. Son of HarbourCats assistant coach Todd Haney.
